Josh Turner got hit recently with a powerful story from a fan about his latest single, "Time Is Love." A woman in Texas said that her husband was really sick, admitted to the intensive care unit for several weeks, and she only got to see him for 15 minutes a day. "So, every time she would go in, she would make sure she was there on time," Josh told reporters, "and that she would stay until they kicked her out." Her story shared something in common with the song: "Right before she would leave the room every day, she would say, 'Alright, gotta run.' "One day driving home she heard 'Time Is Love' come on the radio," Josh continued, "and she just broke down crying. She said, 'This is our story, you know. This is our story because for us time is love. You know, I only have this 15 minutes a day.'" Josh said the story affected him strongly. "It just hit me like a ton of bricks, because I just love hearing these stories from fans, because you hear the song or you write the song and you go in and record the song, and you put it out as a single, and you think it means one thing," he said. "And then you hear a fan come along with a completely different perspective that just makes you realize time and time again the power of music and how it can relate to people in their own peculiar way and their own specific situation."
