Randy Travis in Trouble Again

Randy Travis has some explaining to do. He was naked when he crashed his Trans Am in Texas. Police arrested him at the scene for drunk driving and fighting with officers. His mug shot shows him with a black eye and dried blood on his face. It's the second time he's been arrested this year in an incident involving booze. The last time was in February for public intoxication. Randy was released on $21,500 bond and walked out wearing scrubs, a ball cap _ but no shoes. Travis refused to take a breathalyzer, so officials had to do a blood test. The results are pending.
