How do I get a KX96 T-shirt?
You may stop by and pick up merchandise anytime you see KX96 Live on Location.  Keep checking the website for our upcoming Live on Locations.

How do I sign up and receive my KX96 Winsticker?
You may stop by anytime you see KX96 Live on Location, and sign up in person.  You may also drop by the office anytime during regular business hours.

How do I add/edit my community event?
You can add your own community event by clicking on 'add event' at the top of the community update page, or by clicking here.  If you wish to edit your community event, please email corrections to will@kx96.fm.

Where do I pick up my prize?
Stop by the KX96 Studios Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.  We are located at 1200 Airport Blvd, suite 207, Oshawa, Ontario.

How can I request a song?
You can request a song during the Five O'Clock Car Tunes by sending your request to pete@kx96.fm.

Can I work for KX96 FM?
You are always welcome to stop by with a resume during regular business hours.

I'm having trouble logging into the KX96 Listener Club?
If you have forgotten your username or password, there is a link you can click on before signing in, and we will re-send you your information.  If you are still having problems, please email our webmaster at shane@therock.fm.

Why do I only receive part of the emails from the KX96 Listener Club.
In your profile options, you must have 'HTML Emails' checked off.  Our emails are sent out in an HTML format.  Simply log into your account at www.kx96.fm, and check off the appropriate box.
