Hey!
This weekend, we went to Rouge Park and had a great time exploring the trails on a guided tour. It's a really great way to get outdoors and get some exercise! All you need to do is put on some running shoes, bring along some water and meet your experienced and friendly tour guide in the park! The tour guides are awesome because even though it was rainy this weekend, they still helped us get a great hike in and see all the best parts of the park.
We also went to the 2010 Ride for Sick Kids. It was a really amazing event in Palmer Park by the gazebo. We hung out in the park to watch as over 200 motorcyclists arrived after a two-hour journey across the Durham Region to raise funds for Sick Kids Hospital. You should of seen all those motorcycles come into the park at once! It was really cool. We celebrated with a live, acoustic performance by Aaron Prichett in the gazebo.
Look for us out and about this weekend as we will hit up events around The GTA and Durham Region!
