Rules And Regulations

Our contests are open to residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) with the exception of all employees of Durham Radio Inc. (including their immediate families), its partners, their agencies and affiliates.

Winners will be required to sign a waiver agreeing to all rules and regulations related to their prize. The waiver includes a skill-testing question.

All winners are not eligible to win with KX-96 FM for at least 30 days following the date the prize was won.

Prizes for pick-up must be claimed within 30 days of winning. Should arrangements be made for someone other than the prize winner to pick-up the prize, he/she will be asked to confirm the winner’s name, address, and phone number.

KX-96 FM reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or terminate contests at its discretion.

KX-96 FM will not be held responsible for such actions.

KX-96 FM reserves the right to reclaim a prize if all terms and conditions as written are not accepted.

For all contests that involve entry through our website , we will only accept one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stipulated in additional contest rules specific to a particular contest.
