Corporate Challenge day is a fun filled day of physical activity! Teams participate in games such as the tractor pull, obstacles course, ball tosses and golf putting. But this isn't your regular games day, there is a twist to all of these games and it is not the Olympics! The goal of the day is to raise money for the Canadian Hearing Society and provide awarness of CHS' services while encouraging health and fitness. Registration begins at 9AM, the games begin at 10AM. The Terry Fox Run has been going on in Canada for 30 years! When Terry Fox recognized that he would not be able to complete his Marathon of Hope for cancer research in 1980, he bequeathed his mission to his fellow Canadians and The Terry Fox Run began. In keeping with the approach of its founder, this year's run on September 19th is a volunteer-led event, all-inclusive, non-competitive, with no pre-registration, entry fees or fundraising minimums.
