Maren Morris has quit smoking and found new ways to deal with her stress and anxiety. She admitted to Woman's Health that she gets anxious being onstage and she had been using smoking to deal with it, but she found it was affecting her voice. Maren says that she has started using tarot cards to help her "think of a situation differently'. She has also been going to therapy, exercising, listening to her partner and putting her phone down to be more in the moment. Maren also tries to not overanalyze everything she does "and I feel so much better and finally feel the positive effects of this lifelong process...I've never loved my body more".
