  • Rotary Club of Whitby Yard Sale Event

    Rotary Club of Whitby is holding a Yard Sale Event Sat. June 22 and Sun. June 23 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the parking lot behind Dodd and Souter Flooring in Whitby (1624 Dundas St. E., Whitby).

     

    Please join us in helping out at their first ever Yard Sale. Thy are hoping that it will be a huge success and fun for all participants!

  • 4th Annual BGC Durham's Golf Fore Kids

    The 4th annual BGC Durham Golf Fore Kid's Charity Golf Tournament is back and better than ever! Being held at the prestigious Oshawa Golf and Curling Club on Monday, June 24th you can enjoy a day filled with fun all while supporting BGC Durham's goal to support social causes that affect children, youth, and their families throughout the Durham Region.

    1: You could provide a donation of an in-kind donation to include as a raffle/auction item and receive a tax receipt for the value of the gift. 

    2: You could sponsor a hole and join us on the course for a meet and greet at the hole. 

    3: You could provide a product donation to support golfer gifts/prizing (items should be multiple of 2 or 4) and receive a tax receipt for the value of the gift.

    4: You could join us on the course for 18 holes at the prestigious Oshawa Golf & Curling Club

  • The 20th Annual Whitchurch-Stouffville Strawberry Festival

    The Whitchurch-Stouffville Strawberry Festival takes place over the Canada Day weekend and is run for the benefit of our community.

    Come and enjoy the festival market with over 160 vendors, live entertainment, the food zone, the pancake breakfast, the Sandy Stronach Red Berry Café and Picnic in the Park.

  • Orono Farmers Market

    The Orono Farmers Market is back!  Opening day is Friday June 14th from 2-6pm.  We are located at the north end of the Orono Fairgrounds at the end of Centreview Street.  Come visit our truly local farmers market for the best produce, baked goods, handmade items and much more.  We will also have special events including; food trucks, entertainment and kid approved fun.  See you then.
