Happy Thanksgiving!

Lots of Thanksgiving weekend fun in KX Country this weekend!

I’ll be starting the weekend off at the Oshawa Blood Donor Clinic! Join Canada’s lifeline this long weekend and donate blood! They are open from 8:00am-2:00pm on Saturday and 3:00pm-7:00pm on Monday! Book your appointment in advance by visiting blood.ca.

I’ll be heading to the Oshawa Public Library afterwards where they are celebrating Sesame Street’s 50^th Anniversary! Between 10:30 and 11:30am you can drop by for stories, games and fun activities for all!

I’ll be heading to the LCBO location at the Oshawa Centre on Saturday afternoon for the United Way Give Where You Live Fundraiser! You can visit any LCBO location this weekend and make a donation to support United Way Durham Region!

I’ll be ending my day with a KX96 Winsticker Drive Thru in Whitby, find me at the Events Cruiser and get yourself registered for a KX96 Winsticker – right now the KX96 Winsticker includes a coupon from McCoy Burger Company in Oshawa and Ajax – get two McCoy Burgers for only $6.99!

On Sunday, I will be starting my morning off at the LCBO location in Whitby at Thickson and Dundas where again, you can help out United Way Durham Region this weekend!

I’ll be heading to the Glen Rouge Campground in Scarborough afterwards; it’s the perfect weekend for their guided trail hikes now that the leaves are changing colour in Rouge Park! Check out all the upcoming hikes on pc.gc.ca!

I will then be off to the Scarborough Museum for more October weekend fun! It’s their Family Fun Weekends which you can check out any weekend throughout October between 12:00pm-4:00pm! Tour the historic buildings while enjoying delicious treats made right in their wood burning stove and more!

I’ll be ending the weekend with a KX96 Winsticker Drive Thru in Pickering, keep it locked on KX96 to find out where you can find me and get registered for your very own KX96 Winsticker!
