Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is the help provided to a person experiencing a mental health need or experiencing a crisis. Just like traditional first aid, MHFA is given until appropriate treatment is found or crisis is resolved.
Anyone can benefit from taking a MHFA course. More Canadians are being trained. Help stop the stigma. MHFA is well suited for individuals seeking knowledge, workplaces seeking to reduce incidences of Mental Health and community groups who work with members of our community. 2-day course, March 20 & 21 or May 23 & 24.
