• The prize may be used towards products directly related to a kitchen and/or bathroom remodel. Prize can be used towards the cost of: cabinetry, countertops, cabinet hardware, faucets, sinks, tile and accessories, vanities, towel bars/rings, bathtub and/or shower kits, toilets, safety grab bars, bathroom accessories (i.e. towels, mats, etc.)
• A $10,000 in-store credit will be made out to the winner; Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, but Clarington Lumber Co Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. 
• Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, provincial and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.  All prize details are at Clarington Lumber Co Ltd’s sole discretion.
• Clarington Lumber Co. is not responsible for installation or labour costs, nor liable for discrepancies with contractors, etc.
