Carly Pearce continues to deal with a vocal strain that is affecting her ability to sing.

She updated her fans on Instagram Stories, posting a picture from the doctor's office. Carly says she "would appreciate all the prayers and good vibes." She has gone through multiple health issues over the past couple of years. Just a year ago, Carly revealed that she was diagnosed with pericarditis, an inflammation of the tissues surrounding the heart that causes chest pain, fatigue, heart palpitations and other symptoms. To deal with the vocal strain, she's been working with medical professionals. Carly has seen some improvements, but she's not completely healed yet.
