The criminal charges against Bailey Zimmerman for trashing his New Mexico hotel room have been dropped.

According to TMZ, Bailey's attorney said that the Bernalillo County District Attorney dropped the charges because Bailey paid full restitution to the hotel. 

He was facing charges for criminal damage to property over $1,000 and for falsely obtaining services.

It was reported earlier this week, that Bailey caused $16,000 damage to his room at the Sandia Resort & Casino in May and skipped out on a $400 bill for alcohol.
