Lainey Wilson says that Keith Urban has given her lots of helpful advice over the years, including a very blunt response to her exhaustion.

Lainey ran into him at a time in her career when she was playing a crazy amount of shows. She was telling Keith how exhausted she was. His response? "No whining on the yacht." Of course he was joking. He's also offered Lainey some wisdom on how to keep herself grounded. "He told me not long ago, it's better to maintain balance than always be trying to achieve it. So to me that means, figure out what works for you. Have work-life balance and don't lose that, because once you do and you're kind of lopsided, then it's hard to get back," Lainey shared.
