The Philadelphia-based wedding and party band Jellyroll has dropped their lawsuit against Jelly Roll. Jellyroll member Kurt Titchenell said that the group is withdrawing their lawsuit filing. Originally, they were asking Jelly Roll to stop using his stage name on the grounds that it was too similar to the band name they'd been using for decades. "The dispute with Jason Bradley DeFord, a.k.a. Jelly Roll, has been resolved and the legal action has been withdrawn," his statement read. "We look forward to our continued use of the name, Jellyroll Band, in connection with our party band business."
