Oak Ridge Boys member Richard Sterban shared the news that he has been battling pancreatic cancer since March.

He has been a member of the Oak Ridge Boys since 1972, and is most recognized as the voice behind the bass parts on "Elvira." Richard says that he is hopeful because is "under the care of the best cancer doctors in the country." Aaron McCune and Tim Duncan have been filling in for him on the Oak Ridge Boys tour dates since mid-May.
