Kacey Musgraves had to cancel a concert booked for June 22 in Nashville after she broke a rib in Mexico.

It was apparently raining at the time, and Kacey was running to get her towel. The tile floor was slick and she fell so hard that she ended up with a broken rib. "Thankful I didn't smack my head, but I landed very very hard on my back left ribcage," Kacy wrote on social media, alongside an x-ray of the damage. She wasn't able to return to Nashville in time for the concert. It has been rescheduled for September 18.
